Hand Finishing is a Time Honored Art that allows us to give you outstanding color consistency with a high quality look and feel that is unmatched by the use of robotics! Our Conversion Varnish or Paint is leading edge technology - a substantial improvement over lacquers from 10 years ago. Conversion Varnish is designed to penetrate and bind to the wood surface, therefore will not chip off unlike the pre-catalyzed or vinyl finishes. Stain samples for wood species other than depicted on our site are available by request. Custom stain or paint matching is always an option! PLEASE NOTE: If you experience uncomfortable levels of finish odors during the curing process, we recommend opening cabinet doors & drawers for a few days. Use of a fan to create air movement will speed up this process.
Below is a video from our finish shop to explain why Hand Staining and Hand Finishing is so important and truly adds value to our products! This technique provides a level of excellence that is not possible with the use of robotics!
REMEMBER - Computer screens and printers will vary color. Stain colors will be influenced by the grain and wood species. Therefore, these samples may not be an exact wood grain or stain representation.
